Emna also advises on their routine operations (integrated group management, employee and executive compensation, transfer pricing documentation, etc.) and represents them in tax litigation matters.
She has developed expertise in wealth taxation (international and national wealth), and assists her clients with structuring their assets, optimizing their investments and planning for wealth transfer.
She has worked in prestigious Parisian and international firms (Ernst & Young, Orsay, UGGC, Arsene Taxand, etc.), and now leads the tax practice at the French firms Initia Avocats and Negotium Avocats in Paris.
